| The Australasian Transplant
Coordinators Association (ATCA) promotes communication and collaboration
amongst organ and tissue donor and transplant coordinators in Australia
and New Zealand. ATCA collaborates with regional and international
associations or societies interested in transplant coordination and
related subjects.
ATCA promotes research, development and education in the field of
organ and tissue donation and transplantation. ATCA promotes discussion
of professional and ethical issue within the field of organ and tissue
donation and transplantation.
ATCA represents the views of its members to industry, government, the
media and the community. The ATCA President or his/her nominee is a
member of the Council of the Transplant Society of Australia and New
Zealand (TSANZ).
The journal Progress in Transplantation is the Official
Publication of ATCA.
